Fine strands of pure silver wire are braided to form a beautiful pattern and texture on these uniquely shaped hoops. The wide braid is backed with sterling silver and curved in front to a point, and then curves up behind the earlobe with the braid showing on the inside of the hoop as well. The braid creates a sinuous weaving of light and dark. The silver has been blackened and lightly polished to bring out the intricacy of the details. Every part of these earrings has been handmade with intention and care.
