Natural yellow Jade and Carribbean blue Apatite beads are threaded onto red silk cord which is hand-knotted between each gem. The yellow jade is beautifully accented by the brilliant blue beads, and one woven silver bead, oxidized and given a brushed finish to accent the pattern of the weave. The Jade beads are a rounded rondelle shape with a range of natural color from crystalline white to butter to dark ochre. The silver bead is woven by hand into a spiral pattern using fine silver wire over a sterling silver core. The necklace features a handmade chain extender of silver oxidized a rich black.
