Bright orange faceted Carnelian beads are threaded onto amber yellow silk and hand-knotted between each gem. Interspersed among the stones are two woven silver beads, oxidized and given a brushed finish to accent the pattern of the weave. The Carnelian gems are beautifully irregular both in color and shape, giving a subtle gradient of pale orange to deep red color with brilliant flash. Each of the silver beads are woven by hand into a spiral pattern using fine silver wire over a sterling silver core. The necklace features a handmade chain extender of silver oxidized a rich black.
